Download the Mcket app, sign up, and either choose a vendor from one of our listed markets or use the "Custom Vendor" button to describe your task. Select your delivery location and an Errander will be assigned. You can pay via mobile money, card, or cash on delivery.

You can request errands like food orders, grocery shopping, medicine pickup, and more. Choose from our partner vendors or create a custom errand tailored to your unique needs.

The cost depends on several factors including distance, time of day, and the nature of your errand. A pricing estimate is provided before you confirm your request. Additionally, there's a small service fee that helps us maintain and improve the platform.

Once your errand is accepted by an Errander, you can track its progress in real-time through the app. You'll receive notifications when the Errander picks up your items and when they're on their way to your location.

If there's an issue with your order, you can contact your Errander directly through the app. If you need further assistance, use the "Help" section in the app or contact our support team. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Download the Mcket Errander app, sign up, complete your profile including verification details, and start accepting errands. There's no subscription fee to join as an Errander.

You'll be paid for each errand you complete. Payments can be received through mobile money or directly in cash. The app will clearly show your earnings, and payments are processed at your accoounts page.
